ABOUT PB Pantani Brothers is a family business based in Glasgow, Scotland. Starting out as hobby cyclists, we found inspiration in every era of road cycling. The people, bicycles and clothing led us to immerse ourselves in the sport. Pantani Brothers was founded to preserve these histories of cycling culture. ​ We began by recycling and preserving vintage & ex professional road bikes. I nspired by ico nic cycling styles, our passion led us to design and hand make organic clothing . Our vision is to change the course of consumption within the world of cycling. The Pantani Brothers brand fights mass production, promoting sustainable practices which protect the earth beneath our wheels. MISSION - CLOTHING We hand make all of our cycling clothing in Glasgow, Scotland. Our skilled team hand craft each item, taking time to prioritise quality not quantity. ​ Pantani Brothers jerseys are made from organic cotton, a more sustainably produced material. Organic cotton production avoids the use of pesticides, saves water and helps improve farmers lives. As organic cotton is able to thermoregulate, the fabric remains soft and comfortable as active performance wear when on the road and as casual leisure wear. ​ Producing d urable, versatile and more environmentally friendly clothing allows us to provide a positive alternative product for the cycling community. VISION - CLOTHING We want you to join our customers in the fight against mass production. The modern habit to mass produce clothing, most often from synthetic materials, leads to a culture of harmful waste. Synthetic products do not degrade in the same manner as naturally occurring products, meaning the production and waste end up harming our environment. ​ Our limited stock and pre-order facility allows us to manage waste and prioritise hand crafting each piece of clothing when our customers need it. Pantani Brothers want to promote greater awareness of consumption and provide new products which begin to tackle this global problem. MISSION - BICYCLES It is estimated around 15 million bicycles are discarded by their owners each year, with many ending up in landfill as waste. ​ Pantani Brothers are committed to the preservation of vintage and ex professional bicycles. By sourcing and salvaging bicycles of the highest quality, we can provide transportation which is suitable for both leisure and performance. VISION - BICYCLES By offering a variety of vintage and ex professional bicycles, we hope to strengthen the second hand marketplace encouraging the use of bicycles already on the planet. We encourage cycling for all, as part of a contribution toward better physical and mental health. ​ Every bicycle has a story. TERMS & CONDITIONS Shipping & Handling Please allow up to 48hrs, after payment, for dispatch of your purchase. Our products are shipped with carriers Royal Mail, DHL and UPS and are dependent on their service functioning as per their policy statements. Shipping prices (with currency conversion) are automatically calculated at checkout and are dependent on weight / size of purchase. Pantani Brothers are liable for any shipping or transportation related damages to products sold, please contact us in the first instance and not the delivery company. Conscious of our carbon footprint, we continue to research avenues which promote more environmentally friendly shipping. Please contact us if you would like to know more or if you wish to offer potential solutions. For European and international orders, any additional customs fees associated with shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us in the first inand we can give an estimation of additional costs. Pantani Brothers do not take liability for any extra customs / tax fees accrued during shipping. With the impacts of Brexit still visible, we kindly ask you to monitor the tracking of your shipment before getting in contact. Delivery processes have slowed down and can take a little longer due to increased customs monitoring. We offer shipping time estimates, not guarantees, which are dependent on the shipping carriers as aforementioned. Estimates are provided on product pages and at checkout. Right of Return You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item was new with tags, new in original packaging or used: it must return in the same condition it was sent. We stock photograph all of our product as evidence prior to sales. If new bib shorts are being tried on, please wear fresh underwear when doing so for hygiene reasons. We will not accept returns on product which shows signs of usage out with our right of return policy, as specified. Bicycles must return in the same condition as they were sent. They must be packaged and shipped professionally (with insurance recommended), to minimise the potential for any damage to occur. Buyers are responsible for damages which occur during return shipping. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase within an email to pantanibrothers@gmail.com when requesting a return. We ask that you use our eco packaging to ensure the return minimises the carbon footprint associated with our business. We ask you fully consider your initial purchase. If you are buying items from Pantani Brothers, please be aware we specialise in vintage product with original patina. If there is any potential you may be unsure of the item, please contact us in the first instance and we will guide your purchase. Minimising returns will allow us to reduce our environmental impact as far as possible. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify the status of your refund via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit / debit card (or original method of payment). Your receipt of the credit is dependent on your card issuer's policies. If your item does not meet our expectations of original issue, please be aware you may only be eligible for a partial refund. Buyers are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receiving email request for a return and indication of approval, we will provide the necessary details regarding return address via email reply. Pantani Brothers service and check all of our bicycles prior to sale. This involves a rigorous checklist of testing. By agreeing to purchase you understand Pantani Brothers are not liable for any fault or damage to the product upon receipt. All issues are stated within the condition report and overview of our products. For further information, please contact us directly. Many of our bicycles are over 60 years old and have condition issues as stated in their reports. Unless stated as new old stock, please do not expect bicycles in 'new' condition. We preserve bicycles originality and patina, we do not restore them to 'new' condition. All our bikes are shipped partially disassembled, it is the responsibility of the buyer to reassemble the bicycle. Any injury or damage which occurs from poor assembly is not liable to Pantani Brothers. The goods forming the subject of this contract remain the property of Pantani Brothers until they have been paid for in full. Liability commences upon acceptance of these terms and conditions and full payment for the product. Data Protection Pantani Brothers will store data to complete orders.
