Pantani Brothers are liable for any shipping or transportation related damages to products sold, please contact us in the first instance and not the delivery company.

Conscious of our carbon footprint, we continue to research avenues which promote more environmentally friendly shipping. Please contact us if you would like to know more or if you wish to offer potential solutions.

For European and international orders, any additional customs fees associated with shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us in the first inand we can give an estimation of additional costs.

Pantani Brothers do not take liability for any extra customs / tax fees accrued during shipping.

With the impacts of Brexit still visible, we kindly ask you to monitor the tracking of your shipment before getting in contact. Delivery processes have slowed down and can take a little longer due to increased customs monitoring.

We offer shipping time estimates, not guarantees, which are dependent on the shipping carriers as aforementioned. Estimates are provided on product pages and at checkout.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If the item was new with tags, new in original packaging or used: it must return in the same condition it was sent. We stock photograph all of our product as evidence prior to sales.

If new bib shorts are being tried on, please wear fresh underwear when doing so for hygiene reasons. We will not accept returns on product which shows signs of usage out with our right of return policy, as specified.

Bicycles must return in the same condition as they were sent. They must be packaged and shipped professionally (with insurance recommended), to minimise the potential for any damage to occur. Buyers are responsible for damages which occur during return shipping.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase within an email to pantanibrothers@gmail.com when requesting a return.

We ask that you use our eco packaging to ensure the return minimises the carbon footprint associated with our business.

We ask you fully consider your initial purchase. If you are buying items from Pantani Brothers, please be aware we specialise in vintage product with original patina. If there is any potential you may be unsure of the item, please contact us in the first instance and we will guide your purchase. Minimising returns will allow us to reduce our environmental impact as far as possible.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify the status of your refund via email.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit / debit card (or original method of payment).

Your receipt of the credit is dependent on your card issuer's policies.

If your item does not meet our expectations of original issue, please be aware you may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Buyers are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receiving email request for a return and indication of approval, we will provide the necessary details regarding return address via email reply.

Pantani Brothers take no liability for any injuries or damages suffered by buyers, caused when using products sold by Pantani Brothers.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of liability, buyers are responsible for any injuries or damages suffered from use of Pantani Brothers products. This includes false use of product. 

Pantani Brothers service and check all of our bicycles prior to sale. This involves a rigorous checklist of testing. By agreeing to purchase you understand Pantani Brothers are not liable for any fault or damage to the product upon receipt. All issues are stated within the condition report and overview of our products. For further information, please contact us directly.

Many of our bicycles are over 60 years old and have condition issues as stated in their reports. Unless stated as new old stock, please do not expect bicycles in 'new' condition. We preserve bicycles originality and patina, we do not restore them to 'new' condition.

All our bikes are shipped partially disassembled, it is the responsibility of the buyer to reassemble the bicycle. Any injury or damage which occurs from poor assembly is not liable to Pantani Brothers.

The goods forming the subject of this contract remain the property of Pantani Brothers until they have been paid for in full. Liability commences upon acceptance of these terms and conditions and full payment for the product.

Pantani Brothers will store data to complete orders. In some instances this data may be passed to third parties for delivery and payment purposes. All personal data is treated with the utmost confidence. It is NOT knowingly sold to third parties.

Pantani Brothers will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
