Returns - Bicycles
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The bicycle must return in the same condition it was sent. It must be packaged and shipped professionally (with insurance recommended), to minimise the potential for any damage to occur. Buyers are responsible for damages which occur during return shipping. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase within an email or message when requesting your return. We ask that you use our eco packaging to ensure the return minimises the carbon footprint associated with our business. Please use the same carboard shipping box and biodegradable packing materials. Of course, if possible, we ask you fully consider your initial purchase. If you are buying items from Pantani Brothers, please be aware we specialise in vintage product with original patina. If there is any potential you may be unsure of the product, please contact us in the first instance and we will guide you through a possible transaction. All our bikes are shipped partially disassembled, it is the responsibility of the buyer to reassemble the bicycle. Any injury or damage which occurs from poor assembly is not liable to Pantani Brothers. Minimising returns will allow us to reduce our environmental impact as far as possible. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify you the status of your refund via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit / debit card (or original method of payment). Your receipt of the credit is dependent on your card issuer's policies. If your item does not meet our expectations of original issue, please be aware you may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Shipping
Buyers are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receiving a request for a return, after indicating approval, we will provide the necessary details regarding return address in our reply. We highly recommend insured shipping.
