Pantani Brothers want to fight against the mass production of synthetics by modern brands, who promote unethical mass consumption. Organic cotton is a natural alternative to traditional cotton and mass produced synthetic fabrics, such as polyester, nylon or spandex. Organic cotton is grown using natural methods meaning farmers do not have to use hazardous toxic materials like insecticides and pesticides used to produce traditional cotton and synthetics.

 

As organic cotton is produced naturally with no chemicals, it means farmers do not pollute their water sources with toxins used in the production of traditional cotton and synthetics. By switching to organic cotton we help save and protect water supplies. Organic cotton production also saves energy, compared to traditional cotton and synthetic production, as it requires far less water to produce (some studies have shown as much as 91%). Organic cotton is also responsible for 46% less greenhouse gases than conventional cotton. Toxic materials and hazardous processes used to engineer cotton and synthetics transfer chemicals to garments which are worn on our skin everyday. Organic cotton is produced naturally and has a soft touch finish which allows maximum comfort for our skin, as the fabric is lightweight, moisture absorbant, breathable and thermoregulating. 

 

Organic cotton is also more durable than traditional cotton meaning it will last far longer and have a greater sustainable value. As organic cotton is biodegradable and compostable a natural cycle can occur, unlike with synthetics which will remain in landfills for hundreds of years before they decompose fully.

All our packaging is 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. Our mailing bags, small & medium cardboard boxes, tissue paper and parcel tape are all fully compostable and biodegradable. We ask that you reuse or recycle our packaging as far as possible.

Returns - Clothing, Ephemera & Accessories

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item was new with tags or new in original packaging, it is expected to return in the same condition. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase within an email or message when requesting return. We ask that you use our eco packaging to ensure the return minimises the carbon footprint associated with our business. Of course, if possible, we ask you fully consider your initial purchase. If you are buying items from Pantani Brothers, please be aware we specialise in vintage product with original patina. If there is any potential you may be unsure of the product, please contact us in the first instance and we will guide your purchase. Minimising returns will allow us to reduce our environmental impact as far as possible. Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify you the status of your refund via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit / debit card (or original method of payment). Your receipt of the credit is dependent on your card issuer's policies. If your item does not meet our expectations of original issue, please be aware you may only be eligible for a partial refund.

 

Shipping

 

Buyers are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receiving a request for a return, after indicating approval, we will provide the necessary details regarding return address in our reply.
